The opportunity has arisen for a receptionist / recruitment administrator to join our small but busy office in Plumstead, South East London.
Main duties will include; reception duties – answering and diverting calls, booking candidates in for interviews and registrations, carrying out registrations, going through CVs, liaising with consultants regarding staff requirements, posting vacancies onto job boards and other general admin duties.
This is a part time position – we are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday around 10am until 3pm but can offer some flexibility with times for the right candidate.
An excellent telephone manner, great work ethic, reliability and an enthusiastic, positive outlook is essential, as is the ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative.
