Our brilliant, industry leading electronics client is looking for customer service coordinators for immediate start. Ideally you will have previous experience working within a customer service environment, a friendly and efficient telephone manner, good keyboard skills and IT literate. Must be able to multi-task and prioritise workload, posses excellent time management skills, competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt change.
Duties include:
• First point of contact for all customers; answering customer calls and emails and inputting order details into the system, providing feedback on activities as required.
• The role involves investigating any reports of complaints (verbal/written), where our client performance has been perceived to be substandard. To ensure that any concerns are recorded, monitored and feedback provided within in an appropriate timeframe.
• Follow the company’s guidelines for dealing with clients.
• A fantastic opportunity for an individual with outbound/inbound call experience.
